Body Kinetics has innovative group options. Our programs are designed to allow for all walks of life to have access to a better life and better physical performance. So if you are an elite athlete or a couch potato, or anything in between, we have

Kinetic Fit
This a boot camp style workout with a focus on strength, conditioning, power devlopment, and functional ability using body weight and some small equipment. If you are alwayslooking for a challenge and love variety, then this is the class for you. This class is designed to be a fast paced and fun (yet safe) way to let off steam, burn off fat, and build muscle.
So step out of the box and discover your true potential in a dynamic, up beat, and challenging environment. Your body will be glad you did.
Kinetic Flow
Think of this class as Functional Training meets Pilates. This class carries an intense focus on proper body alignment, core control, flexibility, and functional strength (after all, who cares if you can squat a house if you can't even tie your own shoes?).
If you are looking for a class that is challenging yet relaxing and safe, then this is a class for you. After a Kinetic Flow class, you will feel stretched, better aligned, exhausted, and accomplished.
Martial Arts
The system we teach is designed as a Functional Self Defense that is tested and proven, while still keeping our eyes on history and tradition.
Our system is foundationally a Japanese system, with its roots in Karate, Judo, and Aikido. We also help our students branch out into Muay Thai, Kung Fu, and Jiu Jitsu dependant on the individual students natural tendencies and abilities. Swimming
From avid swimmer to can barely dog paddle, we have a class to help you.
We host many pool and open water swim classes and seminars throughout the year. Most of our classes are geared toward freeestyle/ American Crawl for triathletes; however, feel free to contact us if you would like to set up a class or sessions for any form of swim instruction/ training from basic swim lessons to rescue swimmer training.
Beginners Running Group
New to running? Dream of finishing a marathon, half marathon, 10K, or 5k, but don't know where to start? Are you currently a runner who seems to keep coming up with nagging injuries? Or are you just wanting to start a program to help you become healthy and fit? This is the group for you!
The Beginner's Running Group is designed to not only get you running and help create a community to lean on during those "less motivated" days, it is designed to teach you the skills needed to achieve any and all running goals you may set for yourself. You will learn proper warm ups, cool downs, stretching, run mechanics, hydration, nutrition, recovery, and pacing. Contact Us for days and times.
