Personal Training
Our Personal Training Program is just that, personal. From assessment through program design and implementation every aspect of your training is made specifically for you and your needs.
We start by taking the time getting to know you, your goals, motivations, strengths, weaknesses, limitations, and time considerations. It is from there that we start to develop your individualized program. Once in place, it is just a matter of putting in the effort and enjoying the fruits of your labor through a healthier and more functional body and way of life.
Semi-Private Training
Looking for the benefits of Personal Training yet either enjoy the camaraderie of training with others or maybe need a more economical way to gain access to a skilled professional trainer? Have a freind or two that want to train with you? Then Semi-Private training may the right choice for you.
Our Semi-Private programs are similar to our Personal Training program in the sense that we strive to provide a customized program for your team. We still go through all the assessments (goals, motivations, strengths, weaknesses, limitations, and time considerations) for each member of your team. Then we develop a program to best fit the the team as a whole. After that it is just about having fun, challenging each other, and sweating it out.
Small Group Training
Have a team of 5 or more that want to train together? Like the idea of a customized program just for your group? Then Small Group Training may be the best fit for you.
Imagine having the ability to have a class where you can be in a class with your friends and family and have some ability to customize the class to your group's interests. We can do that for you.
Pilates, Boot Camp, Functional Training, Sport Specific Training, Stretching and Flexability Training, or Martial Arts? We can design a program to fulfill any of those programs and more. Like variety? We can even set up a rotating cycle of various courses as part of your overall group program.
Corrective Exercise
Our Corrective Exercise Program is designed from assessment through implementation to teach your body how to properly move and function. Every aspect of your training is made specifically for you and your needs.
We start by taking the time getting to know you, your goals, motivations, strengths, weaknesses, limitations, and time considerations. It is from there that we start to develop your individualized program. Once in place, it is just a matter of putting in the effort and enjoying the fruits of your labor through a healthier and more functional body and way of life.
Rehabilitation Science
Our Rehabilitation Science Program is designed to be either a suppliment to you physical therapy and/or your bridge between your physical therapy and full functionality post therapy. We can work in conjunction with your orthopedic doctor, your therapist, and/or your athletic trainer or as a seperate entity to help bring your functionality to its full potential. From assessment through program design and implementation every aspect of your training is made specifically for you and your needs.

Once in place, it is just a matter of putting in the effort and enjoying the fruits of your labor through a healthier and more functional body and way of life.
Sport Science
Our Sport Science Program is designed for the sport specific need of athletes on many fronts. From assessment through program design and implementation every aspect of your training is made specifically for your sport and your needs. If you need speed, balance, footwork, power, explosiveness, strength, endurance, and/or muscular gains, our program can be designed to make you the best athlete you can be.
We start by taking the time getting to know you, your goals, motivations, strengths, weaknesses, limitations, and time considerations. Then we take your sport of choice and factor the physical needs of that sport. It is from there that we start to develop your individualized program. Once in place, it is just a matter of putting in the effort and enjoying the fruits of your labor through a more functional body and better in sport performance.
