Endurance Sports
Triathlon
Ready to begin your journey into triathlon or maybe you want to train to become an IRONMAN? Then come train with a coach that is certified through the organization that invented the IRONMAN. Not only is Jason an IRONMAN University Certified Coach, he is also a Finisher of multiple IRONMAN events.
Whatever your goals and/or experience level, we can help you. Get coaching for anything triathlon related, from swimming to running and at any distance you wish to challenge yourself with (Sprint, Olympic, Half or Full) we also offer private and group sessions, so whatever your need or price point, we have a plan to help you.
Basic Plan - a downloadable basic plan to get you a basic guideline to your 18, 24, or 30 week goal of becoming an IRONMAN.
Basic Plus Plan - The Basic Plan with the addition of a daily workout breakdown and weekly directed feedback through email, text, or phone.
Custom Training Program - Includes 1.5 hour consultation and fitness assessment, Custom monthly training plan based on your personal assessment, client history, and race event goal,as well Email, Text, and phone support
Premium Training Program - The Custom Training Program plus access to Special Group Swim, Ride, and Run sessions, and access to other group fitness classes, as well as periodic testing to assess progress.
Swimming
New to the discipline of swimming and don't know your butterfly from your backstroke? Experienced swimmer constantly chasing your next PR? We have a program to help you achieve your goals.
Get coaching from an experienced swim coach with a background in competitive pool swimming (breast stroke and free style), Lifeguard instruction (open water and pool), as well as competitive open water swimming and IRONMAN.
In our private and semi-private coaching sessions we offer not only swim basics, but also everything up to video stroke analysis and both in the water and on land coaching to correct any mechanical, strength, mobility, and technique limitations.
We host many pool and open water swim classes and seminars throughout the year. Most of our classes are geared toward freeestyle/ American Crawl for triathletes; however, feel free to contact us if you would like to set up a class or sessions for any form of swim instruction/ training from basic swim lessons to rescue swimmer training.
Running
New to running? Dream of finishing a marathon, half marathon, 10K, or 5k, but don't know where to start? Are you currently a runner who seems to keep coming up with nagging injuries? Or are you just wanting to start a program to help you become healthy and fit? From Private coaching sessions to group runs, we can help you reach your personal finish line.
Don't settle for a random, overly generalized sheet of paper or online program. Choose a program that is customized to your needs and goals. Learn what it is really like to be coached to your true potential and do so through a program that is as safe and injury free as humanly possible. Get video analysis of your gait, kinestetic awareness, habits, individual mobility, stability, flexibility, and functional strength. And then see how that information helps create an indidualized program complete with running drills and corrective exercises to go along with your running program. All designed with only you in mind.
Or you can start your running journey with our Beginner's Running group. The Beginner's Running Group is designed to not only get you running and help create a community to lean on during those "less motivated" days, it is designed to teach you the skills needed to achieve any and all running goals you may set for yourself. You will learn proper warm ups, cool downs, stretching, run mechanics, hydration, nutrition, recovery, and pacing. Contact Us for days and times.
